The vision for Bridges to Pathways, LLC was born primarily out of Lisa’s personal, parenting journey—One which she describes as pure joy, deep pain, and incredible meaning. She has spent years as a stay-at-home mom and years as a working mom. She knows the challenges of parenting a special needs child, as well as the delicate moments of parenting an adopted child...the unending days of blocks, Legos®, and getting along...household chores, homework, sports defeats and victories, young drivers, managing money, celebrating achievements, long talks, holding the heartbreaks, and launching emerging adults.
Clients find Lisa’s warmth, wisdom, and humor motivating and encouraging. Her soulful intuition and non-judgmental approach are particularly welcomed. Her successful coaching has included individuals, small groups, leadership teams, and leaders. She resides in southwest Michigan and is the mother of four children, whom she deeply treasures.
